We have lived at Park Paloma for a little over a year and are so incredibly pleased with our experience this far. The property is well maintained, small, quiet, and all of the residents are friendly. The main reason we love this place is because of the office manager Gianna. She is efficient, patient and understanding - a huge asset to the company. Thank you Park Paloma!

I have lived at park Paloma for 3 1/2 years now and I must say Giana is the BEST manager we have ever had on site. She is timely with responses, she genuinely cares about everyone living there and is super helpful with anything I have needed. I recently moved into a renovated unit and she made the process so smooth and easy! I am so grateful to have someone who really cares about our community and I encourage anyone looking for an apt to talk to Giana!! She will get you set up 😇

I just wanted to say that your office manager is the reason I chose your complex Gianna CiancioI amazing personality, Helpful Knowlegable. I applied at 3 locations and was approved, she got back to me quickly, and she was super helpful and accommodating so i choose your community. By Far a great asset to the community. Moving in Mid November/ December couldn't be happier.

I don’t know if I’ll be staying here another year but overall the apartment complex is cool. The only reason I’m here is the manager Gianna. She’s probably the main reason why most people like it here. She’s hands down the best apartment manager I’ve ever experienced. :)

Giana is an awesome office manager! She really listens and gets things done! She is an asset to this community! We haven’t had an office manager who cared in a long time! Gianna our new leasing agent is amazing. If you need something done to your apartment shes always on top of it. The property is always kept up. Our community here is a great place to live.

I just moved to Arizona from Washington and Park Paloma was my first stop to look for an apartment, lucky for me I had Gianna to help me with this process. Although Park Paloma doesn't have any units for my time frame, Gianna did give me a list of properties' that do and that was extremely helpful. Over all she took the time and helped me so thanks!!!!!!!

One of the best places to live! I have been here 3 years with no complaints and continue to be impressed with my experience. The office manager, Demetrius, is amazing and sooo helpful whenever i need anything! Gene, the maintenance guy, is always super timely with repairs and has gone above and beyond for me on occasion. Great location and a welcoming community with nice nieghbors! Highly recommend :)
